I purchased the dry only pen and I was so excited for it to arrive. The day it got to my apartment I allowed it to charge 6 hours before use as recommended. I was fairly disappointed in this product, but I think I got my hopes too high for a $20 vape pen. I heated it to the highest temp, let the coil heat up and tried to use it. It absolutely did not work. No vapor was produced and I didn't feel as if I got anything. I tried it without the glass filter and it combusted my herb. I'm sure this pen is amazing for waxes and liquids but I do not recommend it for dry herb. I have since purchased a $100 Aviator Vape that works exactly how I expect a vape to work.
As far as the company itself goes, they are friendly and very punctual and I recommend trying their wax and liquid versions, but look elsewhere for a dry vape. (get one without a coil)
All in all, as the title says, you get what you pay for. If you purchase a $20 vape, expect it to work to a $20 standard.
